Everything went smooth and by the numbers in swapping out beach side, corroded AC for a new one. Sales was terrific from quotes to support and the installers did an outstanding job. From start to finish, I felt that they were installing the new system as if were their own. Best Value is the gold standard by which all other A/C firms should be judged.

Jamie is a great asset to Best Value!! I have had him twice to my house. Once was a repair & the other was a 6 month check up. Both times, the company keeps you informed of their upcoming visit & Jamie showed up right on time. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, courteous & friendly. I bought a 3 year maintenance contract at a fair price, since I am that satisfied with them.

Best Value A/C & Heating came to my rescue. Our 15 year old A/C also from Best Value has seen it's better days. We e noticed temperature setting was 73, but actual house temp. was 78 -80. Not acceptable. A/C ran constantly but no success. I called Best Value who already put 2 A/C units in our house over the past 25-30 years. They sent Jason out to help us which he did. He added freon but also showed us a couple of things that were also going bad. Jason was great. He gave us options, one of which I expected ahead of time. A new unit. He called into office to get a quote and gave it to us. He said we could get different quotes and he would save ours. They already had served us for a long time, and I didn't feel like chasing quotes and paying service calls so I told him to go for it. He was very polite, to the point, and no high pressure antics. Three days later as in today, David and Aaron showed up at expected time with our new unit. They also were very polite and got to work quickly. It was up and running quicker than I thought. They cleaned up everything very nicely, went over care and instructions as well as paperwork. I actually got to use my credit card and now I get back reward bucks from my bank. They also left me a little canvas Best Value bag for my paper work. Also I find a few small gifts from Best Value. Everything was fast, easy, and precise. I can honestly say that anyone needing A/C work or heating work or new units, give Best Value a call before you sign up elsewhere.b386-677-6055 is the Ormond number, but they have a couple of offices elsewhere too. So that's my story and not changing it. Now it is time for my rocker recliner and cooooool air.
